Obedience School
For more than 35 years, the FCPR has offered Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Obedience classes at the Kmart parking area of Plaza Las Américas. Our group classes are open and accessible to the general public and are offered at affordable rates by certified instructors.
Our courses are designed to teach owners how to train their dogs while learning together as a team.
All dogs are welcome to participate, regardless of breed, age, or size. Dogs 3 months of age and older with a valid vaccination certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian are eligible to participate. These courses may also serve as preparation for FCPR Obedience competitions.
When: Monday through Thursday (January–November)
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Conformation, Socialization & Handling
FCPR Conformation and Handling classes are designed for participants interested in canine conformation competitions. These courses provide an opportunity to socialize and train your dog to confidently perform in FCPR dog shows and events.
Specialized instructors certified by the FCPR will help you and your dog prepare for participation in conformation competitions and proper ring presentation.
These classes are offered COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.
