Foreign Registration

To register an imported dog with the Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico (FCPR), you must ensure that the dog has been registered with an organization recognized by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI). To view a list of organizations recognized by the FCI, click here.

Please complete the Foreign Registration Recognition Application and submit it along with the original Export Pedigree. All original documents will be returned together with the official FCPR Registration Certificate. To download the Foreign Registration Recognition Application, click here.
