Litter Registrations
As a responsible dog breeder, you must register your litters with the Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico. Registering your litter with the FCPR your puppies will receive a registration certificate recognised by the American Kennel Club (USA), The Kennel Club (UK), the Canadian Kennel Club (Canada) and all 92 FCI member countries.
US Residents
If you are a proud owner of a non AKC recognised breed dog, you can register your dog with us. As per mutual agreement between the FCI and the AKC, all FCI breeds not recognised by the AKC can be registered in the FCPR.
Important Information
The Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico reserves the right to correct or revoke the registration of this litter. Any misrepresentation on this application is cause for cancellation and may result in loss of all FCPR privileges.
If this application is accepted, FCPR will send the litter owner the official registration for each of the individual registered in the litter.
When completed and submitted, this application becomes the property of The Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico.
THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS WILL GUIDE YOU IN COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION

Sire and Dam must be FCPR registered and recorded in the ownership of the persons who are/were owners on the date of mating and whelping, before this application is submitted to the FCPR. If registration or transfer application for Sire or Dam accompanying this application does not comply with the information given, all applications will be returned.

To ensure proper registration of this litter, print CAPITAL LETTERS and stay within the lines. We are not responsible for misinterpretations. Errors may result in the cancellation of this application and will be required to present a new application with full payment.

SIGNATURES: wherever an owner’s signature is required and the dog is co-owned, both signatures are necessary. Signatures of persons other than owners or lessees will be accepted only if power of attorney or other official authorization has been filed with FCPR.
REMEMBER:
Effective february 1th 2019, It is compulsory that each puppy must have its own microchip
THE FOLLOWING COSTS INCLUDES A CERTIFIED REGISTRATION FOR EACH DOG.
$20.00 per dog registered in the litter up to 3 months of age
$25.00 per dog registered in the litter, 3 months 1 day to 6 months of age
$45.00 per dog registered in the litter, 6 months 1 day to 9 months of age
$50.00 per dog registered in the litter, 9 months 1 day to 12 months of age
$175.00 per dog registered in the litter, 12 months 1 day of age
It is the owner of the Litter (Breeder) to name each dog in his litter. No partial registration of a litter will be accepted.
The name chosen, will be officially registered. Only once, the new owner can change the registered name. This application must be accompanied with the proper payment, or paperwork. All documents will be mailed first class by United States Postal Services.
